Winter: From Saturday 30 November 2024 to Sunday 30 March 2025.
With its charming village and over 100 km of ski runs, the resort of Saint-Lary promises another exhilarating winter sports season.

Summer: July and August.
How do I get to Saint-Lary?
Whether by train, car, or bus, getting to Saint-Lary is easy.

How do I book my holiday?
On the marketplace, you can book everything you need: accommodation, ski passes, ski lessons, equipment hire, activities, and services.

1- Using the various booking engines, enter your holiday dates to view available offers for your stay.
2- Complete the required fields based on the type of service and confirm once the service matches your selection. Your services will be saved in your basket.
3- Once in the basket, you can add additional services or finalize your bookings.
4- Enter your contact details and chosen payment method.
5- Pay and verify that you’ve received a confirmation email for each service booked.

A booking notification is also sent to each service provider included in your order.
What documents should I keep in case of a problem?
When you book online, make sure to keep your order number and the transaction summary. In case of loss or malfunction, you can quickly provide your file reference for a prompt resolution.
What can I do without
confirmation?
Even without a confirmation, your booking may have been validated. Before making a new order, please check the status of your initial request. You can send us your file reference or any other questions via email using our contact form.
What are the payment terms?
Online payments are exclusively by credit card.

In some cases, customers may choose to pay in 3 or 4 installments.
Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
Payment via e-voucher is not yet available for online bookings.
What are the cancellation terms and conditions?
- If you have not purchased cancellation insurance:
Cancellation conditions are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for each service. These policies are available at the basket stage when you confirm the General Terms and Conditions for your selected services.

- If you have taken out insurance:
Contact the insurance company directly. They will guide you through the procedure to follow. See insurance conditions.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?
A partial or total refund may be issued based on:

- The cancellation conditions specified by each service provider in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- The conditions for cancellation or interruption of your holiday based on the insurance you’ve purchased.
