The flat is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of the Odalys Soleil d'Aure residence (3*) in the heart of the village of Saint-Lary Soulan, in a quiet, leafy area.
Measuring 30m2, it has a lovely covered terrace that is not overlooked. Very warm and comfortable, it has just been completely renovated and is a non-smoking apartment:
A separate bedroom (bed 140 x 190 cm) with wardrobe and a window offering a view of the mountains;
A living room with sofa, table, chairs, cupboard and TV;
A kitchen adjacent to the living room, equipped with fridge-freezer, 2 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
Crockery and cutlery provided;
Bathroom with bath;
Separate toilet;
Cleaning products and hoover;
Private parking space.
Sheets are not included but can be hired from Odalys during the reception opening period.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
If you bring your own sheets, here are some useful details: the mattress is 140 x 190 cm, the duvet is 220 x 240 cm and the pillows are 50 x 70 cm.
You will be able to arrive independently using the keypad (a unique and personal code will be sent to you by message a few days before your arrival).
The residence is ideally located close to the cable cars leading to the Plat d'Adet ski resort, the thermal baths and the Sensoria Rio fun centre. The free shuttle service to the cable cars stops at the foot of the residence.
The heart of the village is a 5-minute walk away. You can remain pedestrian throughout your stay once you have parked your car in the car park.
A heated, covered swimming pool is available in July and August, with a lovely view of the mountains.
The residence offers the following services: games room and laundry (fee payable).
