Located on the ground floor of a modern, secure residential block at the entrance to Saint-Lary (Sarrat Évasion area), the property is easily accessible.

The north-facing terrace stays cool in summer, with morning sunshine on the garden side.



The accommodation comprises:



● Living room with a dining table for 4 people, a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed

● Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hob, toaster, hand blender, Cookeo, waffle maker…

●Raclette and fondue sets for 4–6 people (ideal for a mountain holiday)

● Double-length sleeping area with a sofa bed and a storage cupboard (Dyson hoover, steam generator, cleaning equipment)

● Separate bedroom

● Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin



Sleeping arrangements:

The accommodation is ideal for 4 people:



● Living room: 160 cm sofa bed

● Enclosed sleeping area: 140 cm fold-out bed

● Bedroom: 160 cm double bed with storage



The sleeping area is a corridor-style space, enclosed on both sides, situated between the living room and the bedroom.
