Situated in the charming village of Vielle-Aure, just a few minutes from Saint-Lary-Soulan, Chalet KIKO enjoys a prime location combining tranquillity, natural surroundings and proximity to amenities.



Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a restaurant, a bar and tobacconist, a newsagent, a bakery and the village shops. The Carrefour Market in Bourisp is just a few minutes’ drive away, so you can do your shopping during your stay. The nearby Neste river offers the perfect setting for walks and moments of relaxation.



Just 300 metres from the chalet, the free shuttle bus serves the ski lifts and the Saint-Lary cable car. This means you can easily reach the ski area or the resort centre without using your car.

Chalet KIKO comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests thanks to its five bedrooms spread over two floors.



On the ground floor:



● Bedroom 1: double bed (160 × 190 cm), walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.



Upstairs:



● Bedroom 2: double bed (140 × 190 cm), wardrobe and workspace.

● Bedroom 3: double bed (140 × 190 cm), wardrobe and direct access to a shower room shared with Bedroom 2.

● Bedroom 4: double bed (160 × 190 cm) with a workspace.

● Bedroom 5: dormitory with four single beds (90 × 190 cm), including two bunk beds, ideal for children.

Guests have the entire chalet to themselves, along with the fully enclosed private garden and three parking spaces in front of the house.

All facilities are available throughout your stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a utility room, a terrace, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, storage space for ski equipment and a private garden.

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for you for the entire duration of your stay.



● A security deposit of €1,000 will be required, payable by cheque. 

● The beds will be made up before your arrival.

● A bath towel is provided for each guest.

● End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental.

● Check-in between 5 pm and 8 pm: no extra charge.

● Check-in between 8 pm and 9 pm: €10 surcharge.

● Check-in between 9 pm and 11 pm: €20 surcharge.

● No check-ins are permitted after 11 pm.

● Check-out before 10.00.
