The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine for 8 people and kettle. There is another fridge with freezer in the cellar, as well as a high chair.
A bedroom with a 160 x200 bed and en suite bathroom awaits you. A children's bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed is ideal for families. There is also a spacious 3rd bedroom. The 2 WCs are well separated.
The 2nd bathroom is 5m2 and has a heated towel rail and hairdryer, 2 basins and a 1.40m shower. Underfloor heating for winter comfort.
There is a large hallway for storing outdoor clothes and shoes, as well as a washing machine and drying rack.
You'll love the peace and quiet, the panoramic views, the spaciousness and the comfortable bedding and heating.
There is private parking for 3 cars , as well as outside parking, and it is absolutely forbidden to park on the lawns. The entire garden is enclosed.
The ski locker is outside. There is a large entrance for storing outdoor clothing and footwear. There is also a washing machine.
Garden furniture is available in summer (2 tables, benches, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol).
Skiing at 3 different resorts, canyoning, tree climbing (at 2mm), cycling and mountain biking and hiking for all levels.
The premises must be left tidy, the washing-up done and put away, the rubbish bins removed and the sanitary facilities and floor must be kept clean.
Disposable bedding kits are available at €12 for double beds and €10 for single beds.
Independent arrival with key box. Arrival from 4pm. Departure at 11am.
