It's on the 2nd floor with lift, with a surface area of 32m2 and a westerly aspect.
When you enter the flat, you'll find a lovely, light-filled living room with a bay window giving access to the balcony and superb views.
What could be nicer than sipping an aperitif while admiring the view of our mountains!
The fully-equipped kitchenette opens onto the living room with its comfortable sofa bed, television and dining table.
In the sleeping area, there's a parents' bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with bunk beds for children or friends.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunction in the communal areas or areas for shared use in the residence.
