It's a type 3 duplex apartment. It's on the 3rd floor and has a surface area of 43.68m2. It faces south and is suitable for 6 people.
When you enter the flat, you'll find the living room with direct access to the sunny balcony. There is a sofa and television.
The fully-equipped kitchenette opens onto the living room.
Still on the first level, there is a first bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the second level, you'll find a mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunctions in the communal areas or areas for shared use in the residence.
You can park your car in the private car park and leave your ski equipment in the ski locker.
