The flat we are offering is a TYPE 3 DUPLEX for 6 people, with a surface area of 45m2 on the first floor, facing due south so you can enjoy the balcony.
The 1st floor comprises
Equipped kitchen area.
Living room with sofa, TV and large balcony.
2nd floor:
A shower room and separate WC,
A bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm).
A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2 x 140cm beds).
There is a PRIVATE PARKING AREA (no. 10) where you can park your car on arrival, as well as a SKI BOX (no. 10).
No compensation will be paid for any malfunctions in the communal areas or areas for shared use in the residence.
There is a free shuttle bus close to the residence to take you to the cable car or the new cable car in the thermal baths sector, for easy access to the Pla d'Adet slopes.
