The flat we are offering you is a TYPE 3 DUPLEX for 6 people, with a surface area of 45m2 on the first floor, facing due south to take advantage of the BALCONY.
The 1st floor comprises

Kitchenette equipped with multifunction oven + dishwasher + washing machine.
Living room with sofa and TV.
2nd floor:
A bathroom and separate WC,
A bedroom with 1 double bed,
A bedroom with 2 single bunk beds + 1 double bed.
There is a PRIVATE PARKING AREA (no. 8) where you can park your car on arrival, as well as a SKI BOX (no. 8).
No compensation will be paid for any malfunctions in the communal areas or areas for shared use in the residence.
There is a free shuttle bus close to the residence to take you to the cable car or the new cable car in the thermal baths sector, for easy access to the Pla d'Adet slopes.
