With all the shops within easy reach, you won't need your car, which will be safely parked in your own private car park!
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with lift) and has a floor area of 32m², facing south-east.
When you enter the flat, you'll find a lovely, light-filled living room with a bay window giving access to the balcony and superb views.
What could be nicer than sipping an aperitif while admiring the view of our mountains!
The fully-equipped kitchenette opens onto the living room with its comfortable sofa, television and dining table, making every move practical.
In the sleeping area, there's a parents' bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with bunk beds for children or friends.
No compensation will be paid for any malfunction in the communal areas or areas for shared use in the residence.
